How To Build A Website Easily

Do you want to build a website easily? Here are some ideas you can use...

Build Website Like A Pro With Fantastico

by Justin

One important system in web hosting that truly stands out by providing a simple way for newcomers in this field to build their website is Fantastico. This system does so by providing very simple way for users to install different scripting. Fantastico is also embedded in the ever popular Cpanel control panel. With this, users can install the scripts that they want with a few clicks on the mouse.

Fantastico is also built to meet the demands of an advance user. This is because with the system they can install PHP or Perl scripts in a short amount of time. Therefore, this saves them time. Users can also install blogs with ease because they are built in Wordpress and Nucleus.

Basically, Fantastico comes free with web hosting. The hosting providers have the license for the software so that everyone or every webmaster in the same server can use the software. With this, users could save lots of money on the license and still be able to use it. Unfortunately, Fantastico only supports Linux system. Therefore users should make sure whether their hosting is a Linux or not before they purchase web hosting. In term of utilizing Fantastico, there are many video tutorials available with web hosting.

However, Fantastico does have disadvantages too. One of them is that users will need to depend on the web host and the Fantastico system builder to update the script from time to time. As time passes by, some script will get outdated and that will cause inconveniences. Nevertheless, the good news is this can easily be fixing by contacting the technical support so that you can update to the latest version.

It is not difficult at all to find this system in web hosting because there are just too many companies out there embedding it together with hosting plan. Thus if you are looking forward to use Fantastico, study the hosting features of the providers before making any purchase. Make sure that the system you want is available and most importantly it is up to date. One place that you can easily check this out is to go to cpanel website or read hosting review website.

Some Useful Tips On Building Your Website

How to build a search-engine friendly website

by Guido Nussbaum

A lot of hype is going around about search engine optimization and not all that has been said is true. What is true is that seo starts with creating a search engine friendly website. This means the website must be free of errors and constructed in a way that search engines like. There is a lot that a web-designer needs to know, the basics and some tricks are covered in this article.

The construct

Building a website starts with building the construct or also called the prototype. This prototype is a well constructed site architecture with a professional design and a good link structure. The prototype is the construct in which you embed the content. When designing a prototype you need to keep various marketing aspects in mind. What colour to choose, what kind of pictures, the text-size and what about the background?

As you can see, there are various things that you need to decide. Below is a list of things that will help you to achieve better rankings in search engines.

- use cascading stylesheets to separate the design from the content.

- use div tags rather than tables because tables make your file size big.

- make sure the h1 tag is located at the top of your source code.

- use h1 and h2 tags and integrate your keywords in it.

- use image alt tags with your keywords

- use meta-tags in your header

- outsource your javascript code

These are things that will, if done properly, increase your searchengine rankings. Of course you need to use your keywords throughout the text on your website, but do not care much about keyword density in your body text.

Once you have designed your prototype, you need to run a validator to see if you have any errors in your code. You can find these free html validators by doing a search on google. Make sure your html source code is W3C valid! Once your prototype is ready, you can copy and paste your content into it and save each website under a keyword relevant name.

There are several tools out there that can help you to create searchengine friendly websites. This starts with finding the best keywords and ends with validation of your source code. The best program for these and more issues is definitely the Internet Business Promoter. I use this program every day to find niche keywords, to optimize my websites for better rankings and to automatically and semi-automatically promote my websites.

The Use of Article Marketing To Build Website Traffic For Free

A proven way of promoting your website and product can be achieved for free. As an added bonus, this "free" method can boost your sites and sales, doubling and even tripling your income. It is called article marketing...

Build Website Traffic For Free Using Article Marketing

by Alex Yeo

Do you know that by writing a few articles and submit them to articles directories can be one of the best things you could do for your website? This is commonly known as "article marketing" and is one the proven methods to build website traffic for free. Article marketing allows you to provide content for other websites, let search engines send traffic to you, build backlinks for your new websites and give readers the information they seek. It's a win-win situation!

If you want search engines to get your website listed high up, the "relevance" of your page to a particular search and the number of quality links coming to your page from other sites are particularly important. This is how article marketing will fit in.

By posting articles that is optimized for relevance to well-established directories can "convince" search engines to include your website in the search results for particular keywords. In your articles that you have posted, you are allowed to insert a short bio, also commonly known as author resource box, and a link back to your website. If readers find your articles informative, they would mostly likely to know what more you can offer them and click on the link to check out your website.

Besides that, good articles directories usually have high traffic and relatively high PageRank. Not only you can get direct traffic from articles through your bio's link, you can piggy-back on the high PageRank to build quality backlinks pointing towards your website. You can get indexed faster and higher by search engines due to the quality backlinks you have gathered. This will in turn lead to higher traffic in the long run. You are killing two birds with one stone and this method is totally free of charge!

Article marketing is definitely one of the time-tested methods that can work and build website traffic for free. Here are some of the top article directories that you can submit to and get free traffic and backlinks to your website:

The Use Of A Top Keyword Research Tool For Your Website

Doing your keyword research when you build your website is crucial to the overall success online. You should never take this for granted. Here are some good advice you can use...

Top Keyword Research Tool Online and How To Use It
by Paul Counts

Keyword research is such a vital aspect to your overall success online that it simply can't be ignored. You need to be able to find good keywords to target, quickly and easily. There are many paid options out there for your keyword research, but I must say that the only keyword research tool that I use currently is a completely free tool from the most powerful search engine online, Google. That is right, I use the free Google Adwords Keyword Tool. The Google Adwords Keyword Tool is arguably the best keyword research tool available. With their latest update, I can now make this claim. This tool now gives you actual numbers from Google itself that tells you the volume of searches that are done on a given keyword. Before this tool would give you a bar with a volume indicator on it, but now they give you actual numbers. These numbers can really help you identify good keywords that you should be focusing on for your website.

How To Use This Tool More Effectively?

One simple method for utilizing this tool more effectively is to type in the main keyword of your niche that you are trying to target, and make sure that "Use Synonyms" is checked. That will bring up potentially hundreds of other keyword combinations that either use that phrase or a similar phrase. Once you get your results you can find good niche phrase to easily rank for by sorting by the Advertister Competition. Look for the keywords that get some search volume, but have little advertiser competition or no advertiser competition. Once you find these keywords you can go to Google and search for that phrase in there. The logic behind this method is that if people aren't paying for these keywords in Adwords, than chances are people aren't trying to optimize for this phrase on their website. Since there is less competition trying to rank for a phrase there is a better chance you have of getting targeted traffic from that keyword phrase.

Now, I am not saying that you just focus on these niche phrases when you optimize. You should optimize for the more broad phrases on the main parts of your website, but these longtail phrases are great for writing posts or for getting good search engine rankings for niche phrases. Don't get discouraged if a keyword only has 1,000 visitors per month. That is not a bad thing because if you can get 5 percent of those visitors each month, that is an additional 50 targeted prospects that will see what you offer, and you do the work once to get ranked.

Why Does This Tool Blow The Competition Out of the Water?

Many of you are familiar with WordTracker as a keyword research tool. I feel that this tool totally blows Wordtracker out of the water because I feel the data is more accurate than WordTracker, and also the amount of keywords that this tool picks up way exceeds WordTracker and their limited resources. The other reason I like this tool better is the price. It is FREE! You can't lose with it.

Other Important Notes

Also, when using this tool and considering the volume they show there, remember that these numbers do not represent data from other search engines like Yahoo or MSN. So keep in mind that across the board the volume is higher.

The Use of Website Builder Software

An important factor to note when you are looking for a website builder is its ease of use. Here's an article discussing the use of a website builder software...

Build your own website using the most suitable website builder software

by Godfrey Ko

With lots of web building applications available today, it would be difficult to choose a website builder that is exactly suitable for your needs.

The first thing you should consider when choosing a website builder is its ease of use and friendly interface. Because you are probably just starting to experiment with website building, ease of use is very important to avoid spending long hours on learning coding and scripting.

Some website builder helps you to build a website, but you still need to design the website layout yourself. The popular Adobe Dreamweaver software, for example, is an excellent choice for professional HTML developer. However you must have advance knowledge about HTML, PHP in order to use the editor. Plus you still need to do all the page layout design by yourself, including decide what color to use, draw menu buttons, create table and forms, etc, all by yourself.

If you are not a designer, and also do not have professional skill in website coding language such as HTML or Flash, then you should look for an all-in-one website builder solution which provides a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editing environment, plus a website template gallery which allows you to kick-start a website easily.

In recent years, more and more web developers have started to use Flash to build their website. The advantage of using a flash website builder is that you can create a website in a matter of few minutes. And different from HTML, a single Flash file can include multiple pages of content, images, music and flash animations. If you try to do this in HTML, it would take you lots of time and programming efforts. Flash is a technology developed by Adobe and is now supported by 98 percent of all browsers in use.

Flash websites are highly interactive, visually appealing, and can attract more web visitors. Flash programming however is very complex and time consuming. That's why many users choose to use a flash website builder to help them to create a flash website easily.

There are two major types of flash website builder available. Online based, and desktop based.

Online based flash website builder require you to pay for a monthly fee, build the website on the software company's web host (cannot be migrated to another website), and you must login to their service for the daily updates of your website. Whereas desktop based flash website builder is alike any software you are using on your desktop. They can be directly installed on your Windows XP or Vista desktop, and you can use it to build or edit flash websites any time, and upload to your own web hosting account.

Visit our website today to download a free trial version of website builder that does not require coding and programming. You can also find flash software including a flash gallery, music player, video player and interactive map creator.

Step by Step Way To Build A Website

Building your own website maybe a feat for a lot of people but if you study a little bit and do your research, you will be able to do it. I should know, I have experienced it myself. Anyway, here's an article that may be able to extract some idea juices.

How to Build Your Own Website - Step by Step

by Corey Lewis

Building a website should be done with consideration and special attention paid to every last detail. You do not want to make a site that is not appealing or one you will be unhappy with down the line. You want to build a site that is set up nicely, one that people will be happy to visit. But what do you do if you've never built a website or if you have no technical experience. You can still make a pretty nice website because a lot of web hosting services come with software that makes your job easy. Here are some of the basic steps to get you started building your website.

Pick a host you'll use

You will need to pick a hosting company assuming you will not be using a free hosting service. You don't have to have that much money to get a good hosting service; some go for as low as 50.00 a year. But if you insist on using a free one then make sure they don't put too many ads on your site. This is the reason why they're free, the have to generate revenue some how.

Choose a layout for your website

This should be the easy part, but for a lot of people this step can be quite difficult. For those that know how to use html you will be able to design your own template to fit your personal style. You will even be able to make adjustments to some of their pre existing templates so that they better go with the theme of your website.

For those of you are less knowledgeable about html you can chose from many templates to get you going. Once you've chosen the template you are not stuck with that template, you can always change it later to something better, or if you learn html you can still design your own website.

Add necessary features to your website

Now you can add the features to your site you want like various pages, sound, videos, or other multimedia features. You can include links to other websites you frequent; you can add you social networking profile link to your site to give it a quick boost in traffic, and you can even add tracker software so you can see where your traffic will be coming from. Adding the necessary features will help your website stand out over other plain content related websites. If you have an ecommerce site you'll definitely want to add strong features that'll make it easy for people to navigate your website.

Building your own website is not hard at all. It is all going to depend on what purpose you want to use the website for. You'll have to put a lot of attention and detail into the website if you want people to take it seriously. If your site is just for entertainment purposes then it doesn't have to look as professional. Take all of these things into consideration before you build your site.

Some Tips For Building A Business Website

When you have a business, it is crucial to know the basics of building a business website. Having a business website will help you in the marketing of your business. Here are some helpful tips:

Build A Business Website Tips

by Koen Naulaerts

Whether you've just moved into your new business location, or you're starting your company from home, you'll need to know all the basics to build a business website. A website is a very important marketing tool, and is often the first impression people have of your company. There are some key things that should be included on the site, so here are a few items you should be sure not to forget.

Before you start to build a business website, you should have a clear definition of your marketing plan. This will keep you aware of your expectations for the business, and the amount of money that you plan on making for the business each month or year. This will also give you an idea for how you should fashion the website. When you know the type of clients or customers you want to attract, you'll have an easier time choosing the appropriate colors and fonts.

Now it's time to select and register your domain name. Try to make the domain name the same as your company name, or something fairly close if the domain name is taken. Your website builder tools will let you know whether or not your domain is taken, and will offer you alternate suggestions if someone has already purchased the domain name that you want.

When you have the domain name to build a business website, you'll need to start searching for a web hosting company. Shop around for a few days to find the best company, and try out some of the tools and templates for these programs before committing if you can. If you're already a Yahoo user, you can use the Sitebuilder tool to start creating your business website. All the information that you need for your new small business will be sent to you in the email inbox for the domain name you've selected.

Keep in mind that even though many business websites are hosted on Unix platforms, this will cost you more than hosting a site on a Windows platform. Take a look at your company's budget to determine the design and features that you want on your site, and the audience that you're trying to reach when you're putting together your marketing budget.

Once you learn the basics for how to build a business website, you'll need to focus on how to bring customers back. Chances are you'll get more return visitors if you add a link to your site that allows customers to add the website to their 'Favorites'. This will make it easy for customers to find you again when they need the products you're offering.

When you need a website, the question is what content management systeem to choose. And whether you will build the site yourself or follow this link to website laten maken
